Meet the Team
Cara Phillips
Director
Cara Phillips holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Mount St. Mary's University, along with 20+ years of professional experience, as well as 2+ years working as a Family Support Coordinator with the State of Maryland for families with children in Special education. Her vision for Embrace LLC began as a parent of two children with unique needs and has ignited her passion to help support other students and families disabilities. Cara is a strong believer in “it takes a village” and is dedicated to helping students and their families achieve success in school and in life. Cara is a member of the Council of Parents, Attorneys, and Advocates.
